We may decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, or does not have proper ID. The appointment (travel) fee is due even if the notarization cannot be completed.

Cancellation Policy:

If needed, you may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up 24 hours in advance of your appointment start time.

You will be charged the full mobile service fee when appointment is cancelled less than 24 hour before the confirmed appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full scheduled mobile and service fee.

Rescheduling Policy: You are allowed only one time to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. After this has been utilized, a new mobile service deposit will be requested.

Emergency/Weather Policy:

Key Mobile Notary Services, LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule signing due to an emergency or inclement weather. Safety is our first priority. Notice will be provided.
